Our Story

Hi, I’m Jimo, and welcome to J&B Seasonal Creations!

My love for decorating and ribbon started long before J&B. I grew up in the Philippines, where we celebrate Christmas BIG! The Christmas season practically begins in September, and decorating early is just part of the fun.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are with my grandma, who was a seamstress. She always had scraps of fabric left from her projects, and together we would turn those little pieces into ribbons and bows. I didn’t realize it then, but that’s where my love for creating with ribbon really began.

After moving to the United States, I discovered another holiday I absolutely fell in love with—Halloween! We didn’t really celebrate Halloween growing up in the Philippines, so I embraced it wholeheartedly. Over the years, our Halloween decorating has gotten bigger and bigger, and it has become one of my favorite times of the year to get creative.

That love eventually expanded into decorating for every season—fall, Christmas, spring, Easter, and everything in between. For me, decorating isn’t just about making a space look beautiful. It’s about creating a feeling and making each season feel special.

That passion eventually inspired J&B Seasonal Creations, where we offer beautiful designer ribbons, handmade bows, and seasonal décor while sharing ideas and inspiration along the way.

The J&B stands for Jimo & Brandon. Brandon has been my biggest supporter through all my decorating adventures, growing ribbon collection, and crazy creative ideas.

It’s funny to think that something that started with scraps of fabric and making bows with my grandma has now grown into our little business.

And I think she’d be happy to know that I’m still making bows.

So come celebrate the seasons with us! Shop our ribbons and handmade creations, follow along for decorating ideas and inspiration, and let us help you add a little extra magic to your home—one ribbon, one bow, and one season at a time.

We’re so happy you’re here, and we can’t wait to see what you create!
